Saying Good-bye to Ronda, Spain

A few more photos of our time in Ronda.
Randoms of the day.

Most of the stone walls around Ronda were built during the Islamic era, which lasted close to 800 years here, from 714 to 1485.

Interesting enough, the wall actually do not connect?  They were part of an original circling wall that does not exist now.

The wall is in really great shape.  We walked along it, but you can't go too far.  The views of course are expansive.....for miles.....to the mountains.....

Ronda.....a city of white.....

All this trekking and visiting, and peeking in stores.....
It's tea time!
Or cappuccino time.

And.....we must have gelato!

......ok....tonight dessert first....
and below is supper.
Freshly shaved ham right off the bone for a delicious sandwich.
Yummy.
(If you are a vegetarian....don't look at the next photo.)
