The Cobbled Stone Streets of Tallinn, Estonia

The streets of Tallinn are so interesting to meander along.

Every corner has something neat to look at and enjoy.

Kids having fun in the streets.

Even though it is cold the flowers are still blooming.

A darker time in Tallinn history.  We are in a country that was occupied by the Germans but also taken back by Russia into communism.  They have old had about 30 years to become who they are, or what they were.
This is a the previous KGB Headquarters where interrogations and disappearances occurred.

Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.  An Orthodox Church at the top of Tower Square.

In the Orthodox church everyone stands for service.  Women cover their heads with scarves.  It is beautiful inside.  No photos allowed but we were able to visit even during a service?

These next photos are randoms in Tallinn.

Had to stop for a few to enjoy a cappuccino and a piece of marzipan cake.

Now back to find the Town Square where all the action happens.
